The most important measure of our success lies in the results that our clients achieve during their time with our practitioners.  We track your results and report them to you, to your physician, and to others whom you have designated (such as your insurance company and/or additional healthcare providers), in compliance with the Health Information Portability and Accessibility Administration (HIPAA) guidelines.

We also subscribe to a new trend in measuring organizational results: the “triple bottom line.”  This reflects not only economic indicators but also environmental and social dimensions, as we focus on how we impact the community in which we live and work.

Our environmental efforts are still burgeoning.  We recycle glass, plastic and paper.  We use and launder cloth towels over our pillowcases rather than generate additional paper waste.  Our accounting records are scanned and shredded, and we are in the midst of implementing Electronic Health Records for patient files.  We have billed for all services electronically since we opened our doors in 2002, saving groves of trees as we process thousands of transactions annually.
