Classical Pilates Instruction

Pilates is a series of exercises that lengthen and strengthen the body, creating a strong “core” that enables control over body movement.  One’s quality of life can be improved by performing Pilates exercises to develop better posture, deeper breathing, coordination and balance, strength and flexibility. Our clinic is equipped with Balanced Body and Gratz apparatus including the Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel and High Chair.

Barbara and Jim have both practiced Pilates since 2000.  For Barbara, practicing Pilates has lessened the effects of fibromyalgia and enabled her to maintain an active travel schedule to work with her corporate clients.  We offer competitive monthly rates for excellent instruction to encourage our clients to maintain their health and well-being.
